1 How long is shipping
1.1 How long is shipping?

We ship our order within 24 hours and transit time can range from 1-4 business days depending on States.

1.2 Why does my card keep declining?

If your card keeps declining, first thing to check is your billing address matches your bank records. The shipping address and billing address are sometimes not the same.

If billing address seems correct, i would contact your bank and let them know that it keeps declining.

1.3 How do i update my billing address?

Login to your ProBodyWarehouse account or create one with the same email you placed the order with.

Go to:

>My Account

>Billing address

From there you can manage your billing and your shipping address.

1.4 How do i check my order status?

You can check your order status under your ProBodyWarehouse account that was created when you checked out.

If checked out as guest, you can create an account with the email address you used to create the order and it will automatically link your order to your account.

An email will also be sent with a tracking number. Sometimes it could end up in your junk mail.
