REFUND POLICY

At ProBody Warehouse, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition in which it was received

  • Be unused and unopened

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase or order number

To start a return, please contact us via email at info@probodyonline.com, or text 619-393-3082 and include your name and order number. A representative will respond within 24-48 business hours with return instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and quality control reasons, the following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Opened dietary supplements

  • Used products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Perishable goods

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you have questions regarding a specific item, please contact us before initiating a return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@probodyonline.com or via text at 619-393-3082, with photographs of the issue.

We will evaluate the claim and work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the carrier and check with household members, neighbors, or property management.

We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. Financial institutions may require additional time before the refund appears on your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@probodyonline.com. 

Return Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, excessive return activity, or violations of this policy.
