SHIPPING POLICY

At ProBody Warehouse, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and destination.

Delivery estimates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once a package leaves our facility, delivery times are controlled by the shipping carrier.

Shipping Carriers

We may ship orders using carriers including:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • Other authorized shipping providers

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring delivery can be completed at the shipping address provided.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the carrier and check with household members, neighbors, or property management.

We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the damaged package and products.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may not be available for shipment to all locations due to carrier restrictions or applicable laws.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that cannot legally or practically be shipped.
